Featured rooms tend to be the nursery, parents’ bedroom and living areas like TV room. As it’s a natural light shoot the most photos will be taken in the brightest room. When I pop over to your home prior to the shoot I will identify which rooms we will use.

I like to get started at about 10am Monday to Friday. However if your family room is bathed in natural light at noon then I’ll come then. Timing is individual to most houses, especially in the summer months when the days are much longer.

I suggest wearing simple and comfortable clothing in solid colours or subtle patterns. Avoid wearing anything too bright or busy as it can be distracting in the photos.

I find at home shoots take about 1-2 hours. As it’s baby led then an allowance is made for feeding and nappy changes.

I aim to have your photos edited and ready for viewing within 10 days of the shoot. We will schedule a time for you to come back to my home studio to view your gallery and choose your favourite images.
