Baby shower: A Gift of Newborn Photography
Are you in search of a truly thoughtful gift for a lovely friend who has an upcoming baby shower or is leaving the office to go on maternity leave? Chances are she has got a lot of the basics in place already, so I’m here to suggest to you that a newborn photography voucher might be the perfect solution for a group purchase.
We all know that the path to motherhood is a whirlwind of emotions and responsibilities. From the anticipation of a new arrival to the anticipation of sleepless nights and countless nappy changes, expectant mothers deserve to feel special and appreciated. As a specialist in newborn photography, I have had the pleasure of witnessing the captivating beauty that fills those early days. All my newborn clients - still running on the adrenaline of being new parents - are so excited to have a photoshoot, it’s an honour to freeze those innocent moments in time.
I always feel that right up to the birth the mum-to-be is especially well looked after, and rightly so. However, once the baby arrives, all the focus shifts to the newborn and their needs. Mum then finds herself on a 24/7 feeding schedule on the back of a labour that might have been hours long!
That's why, during the newborn photography session, I go the extra mile to make the new parents feel relaxed and taken care of. So to start with there’s coffee and croissants on arrival as I know that breakfast often takes a back seat amidst the hustle and bustle of getting out the door on time. They can enjoy this whilst watching me soothe their baby to sleep and take photos in the most adorable poses. I love sharing a sneak peek of the first few images on the back of the camera, It's a special moment for the parents as they see their little one's sweet expressions and unique features come to life, it also gives them a feel of how the rest of the shoot will go. Come midday I will also give them a spot of lunch so they can really relax and feel like they are being waited on for a change. This experience is so important to me. As well as having beautiful photos to look at, I also want them to look at them and remember what an enjoyable experience the shoot was.
If you believe that your friend would appreciate the gift of a photoshoot with me, then please get in touch, so we can discuss the details and arrange for the delivery of the voucher.
Best wishes,
